First Thursday! At City Feed on Centre St.: Music & Tastings
Kick off the New Year with First Thursday! Come on down for our monthly event, chocked full food, drink and music. For January we'll have Cambridge Brewing Company and Slum Brew in-house, tasting their beer selections. Stop by and learn what makes each of these local breweries so unique!

City Feed and Supply Craft Beer Tasting at Fire Opal (683 Centre Street, Jamaica Plain): Tasting
Coinciding with First Thursday, we will be co-hosting a Craft Beer tasting at Fire Opal! To add to the American crafts featured at Fire Opal, we will be offering a selection of CRAFT beers for customers to sample and one of our beer buyers will be on hand to discuss the varieties of style, make pairing recommendations and talk about the bounty of craft beers now being produced in New England. Come on down!

Mystic Brewery will be visiting out store for the first time in 2012! Stop by to taste their Saison and Descendent, two smooth beers to keep you warm through could nights.

Knife Sharpening with Patti from On the Edge Knife Sharpening

Patti, from On the Edge Knife Sharpening, will be at Centre St. for her monthly knife sharpening residency. Bring her your dull knives and she'll make them as good as new! Knives are sharpened on site, and it is $5 for a small knife and $10 for a large.
